The living room is west-facing, the bedroom east-facing, and even from the breakfast table you can enjoy views of the beach and the ocean and observe the wind and weather conditions. One minute to the beach, only half a minute to the seawater indoor swimming pool and spa centre! Bakers and restaurants are just as quick to get to (pedestrian zone Strandstraße).

The cycling and hiking trails parallel to the beach to the north and south begin near the house. Bicycle rent nearby. The Westerland ring bus stop is in the direct proximity; 10 minutes to the train station through the pedestrian zone.
