Die Wohnung besticht durch den Meerblick. Sowohl der Wohnung selbst als auch dem Gebäudeinneren sind Renovierungen anzusehen, die sich positiv auswirken. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere das Geschirr, könnte noch ein Update vertragen, Abzüge in der Ausstattung werden durch die tolle Strandnähe ausgeglichen.

Die Wohnung liegt optimal. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich okay, aber in der Küche gibt es Nachholbedarf: Von drei Leuchten der indirekten Beleuchtung funktionierte nur eine, und die nur noch schwach. Für die Pfanne wäre ein Deckel gut. Ansonsten ist Improvisationsgage gefragt, wenn Pfannenwender, Salatbesteck und ein kleines Schneidemesser fehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, stilistisch stimmig eingerichtet, Geschirr sehr unvollständig und beschädigt, keine Butterdose, keine scharfen Messer, fehlendes Geschirr für die Mikrowelle, äußerst spärliche Bereitstellung alltäglicher Haushaltsartikel (Toilettenpapier, Küchenhandtücher, Spülmittel)

Ein wunderbarer unverbauter Seeblick, entschädigt den wenig einladenden und sehr unangenehm riechenden Flur. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Allerdings ist das Geschirr immer noch sehr abgenutzt. Die Balkonmöbel sind ebenfalls sehr verwittert und lassen sich leider nicht mehr verstellen. Die Elektrogeräte werden laut Auskunft zeitnah ausgetauscht. Achtung! die Zufahrt der Tiefgarage ist sehr steil und kann nicht mit einem Fahrradträger auf der Anhängerkupplung befahren werden :-( Wir haben uns trotzdem Wohlgefühl und die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem großzügigem Balkon sehr genossen.

Lage top!!! Der Blick auf das Meer großartig. Der Balkon sollte gestrichen werden, macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr abgenutzt und sollten baldigst ersetzt werden. Innenausstattung ist gepflegt. Das Schlafzimmer müsste gestrichen werden (Bohrlöcher in den Wänden etc.).

Wir waren von unserer Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm überrascht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sie war sauber, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Den Sand auf den Balkon, den der Sturm vom Strand hoch geblasen hatte, konnten wir mit den vorhandenen Bordmitteln beseitigen. Da wir dafür freien Blick auf die See hatten, haben wir das gerne selbst übernommen.
Die Betten waren bequem, alleine die Kopfkissen sind etwas überdimensioniert. Auch im Bad mit Toilette war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten.
Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist in einem hässlichen 70er Jahre Betonbau im Hochparterre gelegen. Das ist aber schon der einzige negative Punkt. Wenn man von dem Gebäude absieht ist alles sehr gut. Grosser Wohn- Essraum mit integrierter Einbauküche ( alles vorhanden ). Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ( zwei Matrazen) ist ausreichend gross. Modernes Badezimmer mit gemauerter Duschkabine. Grosser Balkon, Zugang vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, mit grossem Tisch und bequemen Stühlen mit Auflagen. Das schönste, fanden wir, ist der Blick auf Die Düne vor dem Balkon und dahinter auf das Meer. Man kann am Abend dort den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer geniessen. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand, komplett renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Tiefgaragenplatz für Auto, Fahrräder passen auch noch, gehört zur Wohnung. Top Adresse, wenn man vom Gebäude absieht, aber man sitzt ja drin und guckt raus

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
